What are my shipping costs?

For terminal pickup prices please see below. Otherwise if you have access to a loading bay and a fork lift, please give our customer service team a call at 1-888-269-3346 and they will get you the best possible shipping rate to your specific location.

Where can I PICK UP my equipment?

Trucking terminal pickups are available from any number of freight terminals across Canada. Please see Map below for a list of our pick up service points.

Shipping Time:

Unless otherwise specified on your order or with a customer service representative, all equipment and accessories are in stock and ship directly via a partnered freight carrier or in the case of accessories they may ship via regular ground postal service.  Our goal is to have orders shipped within 2-3 business day from the receipt of payment for your order.  On average and depending on your location, it can take up to 7 business days for your products to arrive to your location in Canada.   Specific shipping instructions can be discussed with one of customer service representatives.

Can I have my lift DELIVERED to my home or business?

If you have a dock and a forklift to unload at your place of business one of our customer service team members will be able to arrange this delivery for you.  Please note that there could be an additional charge depending on the details of the delivery.

Many customers would like delivery of their  products to their homes, but do not have the equipment to offload from a semi-truck. There are many local delivery services that can provide this delivery service.

We recommend a picker or winch truck for delivery of lifts to a home garage. The lift can be loaded on the truck at our Calgary warehouse or one of the terminal/depot locations we offer across Canada.  The operator/driver can pick or winch the lift from their platform into your garage or driveway. The customer may contact their own delivery service and we are happy to provide suggestions.  Please note that there is a charge for this type of delivery.

Will the lift fit in my garage?

Our general “Rule of Thumb” for determining the height required to accommodate a 4 post lift to accommodate your vehicles is:

Take the height of both vehicles and add 10 inches (allowing for runway thickness, lift and release of locks and garage door obstruction) – that will give you a very accurate calculation.

For example if the height of your first car is 48” and your second car is 60” (48”+ 60” + 10”) = 118”.  You will require a minimum ceiling height of 118”
